How to book ?

To book your photoshoot with us, simply fill out the contact form.

Let us know your dates in Paris so we can check availability, and specify your chosen starter package, dress, and options (if any). Feel free to include any specific requests or questions.

Our team will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and provide further booking details.

What do you request to
secure a slot ? 

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total package price. You'll be able to pay the retainer via a secure link.

Once we get your retainer the date your slot is confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation with all the informations.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot (online payment or cash (€ only)).

Please note that our business operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so no session will be secured without a retainer. Additionally, no pictures, edited or not will be delivered until the remaining balance is paid.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.

If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. While we strive to be flexible and accommodate changes at no extra cost, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.

To maximize the chances of finding an alternative date and time that works for both parties, it's best to notify us as early as possible.

WEATHER

The weather in Paris can be rainy throughout the year, especially during fall and winter. If it rains hard on the day of the photoshoot, we will do our best to reschedule it according to our and your availability at no additional cost.

Therefore, we highly recommend booking your photoshoot at the beginning of your stay so that we have more options to postpone it.

Please note that a grey or cloudy sky is not a valid reason for rescheduling because you can still have great pictures taken, and it adds to the Parisian atmosphere 😉.

Where will I change ?

We bring our famous pop up fitting room with us so you can change privately. You can check video of it here.

Are dresses included in the starter packages?

No, dresses aren't included in the starter packages. You can wear any outfit of your own that you like. Dresses are available as an optional add-on to any starter package.

When will I get my pictures?

Unless you've opted for our express 48-hour editing, here is the standard timeline: You'll receive the proof gallery within one week. You then have up to six months to choose the pictures you'd like us to edit. Once you've made your selections, the edited images will be delivered within two weeks.

Is an assistant included for the flying dress?

Yes, an assistant is included at no extra cost if you book a Flying Dress.
