Planning a photoshoot in Paris from abroad can feel overwhelming, but we’ve made it easy, every step of the way. From your first message to the moment you receive your final photos, our team is here to guide you. Let us take care of everything, so all you have to do is enjoy the moment. Here’s how it all works.
Tell us when you’ll be in Paris by filling out our contact form. We always reply within 24 hours, don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case. You’ll speak directly with Billie, our studio coordinator, who will help you check availability and start planning a beautiful and stress-free photoshoot.
Once we agree on a date and time, we’ll send you a private booking link to confirm your photoshoot. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. Don’t worry, we have a very flexible rescheduling and cancellation policy in case your plans change. We’ll also explain how to choose your dress and your photo location, if you haven’t already.
When booking you’ll receive a short questionnaire to personalize your photoshoot. This is where you can tell us which dress.es you’d like to wear, and which photo spot you love most. You can always change your mind later, but the sooner we know, the better we can prepare everything for you. Of course, we’re here to help if you’re unsure.
After booking you’ll also receive a very clear email confirmation with all the details: time, location, and what to expect.
The day before your shoot, we’ll create a private WhatsApp group with your full team so you can communicate easily on photoshoot day.
On the big day, we’ll meet you at the location, help you get dressed, and make sure you feel completely relaxed.
No need to know how to pose, we’ll guide you every step of the way and capture beautiful, elegant moments you’ll cherish forever.
After your shoot, you’ll receive the final invoice for the remaining balance.
Within one week, we’ll send you a private online gallery with all the photos from your session, along with your backstage videos. From this gallery, you’ll be able to select your favorite images to be professionally edited.
You can take all the time you need, there’s no rush to decide. At this stage, you’ll also have the option to add extra photos or even purchase the full gallery if you’d like to keep every image.
Everything is explained step by step in the email, and the selection process is very easy.
Once you’ve finished selecting your favorite photos, our editing team gets to work.
Within two weeks from that moment, you’ll receive your final retouched pictures, ready to download, share, and cherish forever.
And if you’d like to turn these memories into something tangible, you’ll also have the option to order beautiful fine art prints delivered straight to your home. You are also free to use the provider of your choice.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so while we welcome last-minute inquiries, booking early gives you the best chance to secure your preferred date and time. As soon as you know your Paris dates, feel free to reach out - we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule! 😊
If it rains hard on the day of the photoshoot, we will do our best to reschedule it according to our and your availability at no additional cost. Therefore, we highly recommend booking your photoshoot at the beginning of your stay so that we have more options to postpone it. And for complete peace of mind: if rescheduling isn't possible during your stay and the weather is too severe for shooting, we'll provide a full refund.
Yes, our cancellation policy is very flexible. You can cancel up to 7 days before your shoot and get a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel between 5 and 6 days, you’ll get 50% back. Within 5 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can still reschedule based on our availability.
Absolutely. You can update your choices even after booking, the sooner, the better. We’ll do our best to accommodate any change.
Not at all! Our photographers will guide you through every pose and help you feel confident and natural.
Makeup and hair styling are not included by default, but you can easily add them when booking, just check our à la carte options here.
